What Affects Final Pricing?

Each experience is unique. The final price will depend on the scope of your itinerary and preferences:

• Trip Duration: A 1-day city escape differs vastly from a 2-week multi-country experience.

• Locations & Distance: More cities or longer distances increase logistics and transport costs.

• Transportation Type: Chauffeured vehicles, helicopters, vintage cars, or boat transfers vary in cost.

• Accommodation & Dining: 5-star hotels, luxury villas, or private chefs will be arranged to your tastes.

• Meal Preferences: Meals, drinks, and fine dining reservations are not included in the base price and are charged separately based on selection.

• Exclusive Access & Entry Fees: Museum tickets, castle tours, backstage passes, or after-hours visits will be itemized based on your choices.

• Add-Ons: Photographer, wellness coach, fashion concierge, creative salon evenings, and other lifestyle extras can be added upon request.

Booking Timeline

To maintain our high standards, we require a minimum of 21 days’ notice for all bookings. However, please note that highly customized itineraries may require additional planning time—especially if multiple destinations, exclusive access, or specialized experiences are involved.

To begin the planning process, we ask that you provide a range of dates during which you are available to travel, so we can align logistics, availability, and personalized services accordingly.

For last-minute requests, a premium concierge fee may apply, and fulfillment will depend on availability.
