Even from the Old Main Bridge, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Marienberg Fortress and the Käppele pilgrimage church. The walk leads past the bastion walls – either through the Schlossberg (Castle Hill) with its Innere Leiste vineyard or via the Tellsteige (Tell’s Path) – up to the fortress.
